Dear Bronco Students and Parents,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Vista Murrieta High School—Home of the Broncos! As your proud principal, I am thrilled to begin another year of excellence, opportunity, and growth with our outstanding students and supportive families.

This year, our schoolwide theme is Level Up—an invitation for every Bronco to rise to the occasion, embrace new challenges, and step confidently into their greatness. Whether you’re new to campus or returning for another incredible year, we encourage you to take responsibility for your learning, build meaningful relationships, and invest in yourself through every opportunity available.

At Vista Murrieta, we believe that every student belongs and every voice matters. Our vibrant campus is filled with experiences created with students, for students. From championship athletics to nationally recognized arts programs, from rigorous academics to over 100 student-led clubs and organizations, there is truly something for everyone. Those who engage fully in campus life often find greater academic and personal success—and have a lot more fun along the way!

As Broncos, we hold ourselves to the high standards of CLASS—Character, Leadership, Attitude, Scholarship, and Service. These values are the foundation of who we are and how we show up for ourselves and each other. I encourage each of you to set meaningful goals, challenge yourselves, and cultivate the habits that will serve you well beyond high school.

To our returning Broncos: Thank you for leading with heart and purpose. Continue to model what it means to be a Bronco by stepping up, showing up, and helping others level up, too. Push yourselves in the classroom, take initiative, and keep striving for excellence in all you do.

On behalf of our entire staff, welcome to the 2025–2026 school year. We are honored to partner with you in your journey, and we look forward to a year of connection, growth, and achievement—together.

Let’s make it a great year—and let all you do be done with CLASS.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Celeste Scallion
