This course meets UC/CSU (G) elective and District history requirements.  Students will compare government and economic systems in the world today.  Fundamental economic, business and historical concepts will be blended to assist in the understanding of operations and institutions of economic systems.  Basic economic principles of micro/macroeconomics and international economics will be examined.  In addition, students develop an understanding of how government and economics effect businesses.
