Students can make purchases at a Bookkeeper Window before school, at break or at lunch, and after school.  Cash, card, and Apple Pay is accepted.  We do not accept checks or payments over the phone.

No refund policy; all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases.

Lines can be long, especially in the beginning of the year and during dance ticket sales. Tips on how to help keep the line at a Bookkeeper Window moving quickly:
  • Know what you are purchasing
  • Have your money and any necessary forms or Permission Slips ready 
  • Uncrumple and unfold your money and forms
 

 

STUDENT WEBSTORE

The VMHS Student Webstore alleviates the need to come to a Bookkeeper Window to make purchases, and the prices remain the same.   We highly encourage you to use the Student Webstore whenever possible to make purchases.  

 
 

student parking permit

A Student Parking Permit is $25.  Students must have a completed Parking Permit Information/Request Form and a photocopy of their driver's license when purchasing a Parking Permit.  

The cost to replace a lost or damaged permit is $30.
